Few Tips To Earn Money In The Remaining Days Of 2007

December 30th, 2007 No comments

2007 is almost over and there are only few more days left. While many bloggers have already started to blog about their plans for 2008, I thought of writing a post on how to earn in the 2 remaining days of 2007 and invest it in 2008 for more success. Earning money is not over night is not very easy, but you can still try these steps and most probably you will earn.

1. Do A Product Review
This is one of the easy ways of earning money in the 2 more remaining days. Go to clickbank or any other affiliate program site and select a product which has at least 5 searches a day. Now write a review about that product in your blog using the best keywords. Today or most probably by tomorrow, your blog post will get indexed in Google and if you have used the keywords at the right places, then you can easily get to the front page of Google. Assume, you are in the first place for two keywords which get 5 searches everyday. So there will be a total of 20 searches for the keywords for two days. Since your blog post is the first result, you will get at least 12 of the 20 people. Since the keywords you have used are long tail, the people who visit your post will be well targeted. Assume two people buy and for every referral you earn $20. That makes $40 in two days. Though it sounds simple, it is not very easy. But try hard with the keywords and optimize the post well. You can earn money easily.

2. Freelance Work
This is the second option which will earn you immediately. Try contacting the companies or blogs for which you think you can do freelance work and tell them about your experience. If you get a chance to do a work for them, then you can easily earn money. Freelance works can be of any type. You can do short projects and sometimes also long projects. Since you have to earn quickly in the two days gap, go for the short projects.

3. Write An Ebook
Writing an Ebook and selling it on ebay is a very good option for earning money. Just write a seven page report with good content and you can sell it at ebay. If you think your article is not worth selling, then offer it free to your subscribers and to those who subscribe newly. Assume you get 25 new subscribers in two days. You have to value every subscriber. Even if you value every subscriber at $2, you have earned $50.

How are you going to spend you last two days of 2007? Will you be trying to earn?

Earn Money From Internet Real Estate Business

December 12th, 2007 No comments

I might have used the wrong title here. I could’ve made it even more interesting with some thing like “earn money with internet real estate”. But I assume that many of you already know what I’m talking about. Site Flipping.

Flipping sites is a cool way to make some money online. For first time listeners site flipping means – Buying and Selling sites. That’s probably the shortest description for it.
There are quite some smarties I’ve seen who are really pro’s in this business. They pickup niche sites wherever they can find, set a deadline, promote the site and one fine day sell it off for a huge money!

It sounds simple but there is lot of strategy involved in this. You cannot buy all the sites that’s on sale at sitepoint. You got to identify which sites makes more money, which one has the potential to grow, and you should be able to calculate which site you buy would be able to give back your money. So there’s a hell lot of information and brainwork going in.

Kevin, itself is a great store house on knowledge in this aspect. He has sold/bought many websites and made somer cool cash also. I’m going to request him to write a site flipping tips article for all of us sometime soon.

I haven’t yet experiemented this, but I’m keen to. I’d like to know from the readers, their experiences of selling and buying sites, and how they made money from it. I’d also request people who failed at it to give the rest of us some tips too, because it’s all going to add up.

So have you anything to say?

Promoting your Blog: Do It Every Day

December 7th, 2007 No comments

You’ve got a blog, and you’re creating content. However, unless you take an active role in promoting your blog, you won’t get the traffic you deserve. The no-promotion equals no-traffic conundrum especially applies to blogs in highly competitive niches, such as the Internet marketing niche. However, while it may be possible to rely solely on your RSS feeds for traffic in less competitive niches, the more you promote, the more your traffic will grow.

A tip: while promotion is important, it’s not a substitute for content. Keep adding content to your blog, as you promote it.

Big tip: try to market your blog every day. This may not be possible, but if you can, this persistent marketing effort will pay off hugely over time.

Let’s look at three simple, easy and no-cost or low-cost methods of marketing your blog.

1. Writing articles for promotion – cheap and (still) effective

Write articles for others. You can write articles for article directories and for other sites. The second option, writing exclusive articles for other sites in your niche, is more effective. Article directories are becoming swamped with junk content, and this devalues your articles by association.

2. Press releases – both free and paid, get results

It’s interesting that some of the major article directories are now offering free press release posting. Press releases have always been an effective way of promotion, and you should use press releases to market your blog.

Don’t forget to post your releases to your blog, too. A press release section of your blog provides great historical information for a journalist who wants to do a story on your blog, and it also orients new readers to who you are, and what you do.

3. Advertising: try small ads on popular sites

At some stage, you’ll need to spend money to make money. Once your blog is earning an income, spend some of that income on advertising your blog.

Small ads on large sites work well, as do ads in ezines.

Tip: although there are many ways to advertise, don’t start advertising your blog until it’s generating an income for you. Unfortunately, when it comes to advertising, there are no guaranteed results.

So there you have it: three ways to market your blog. If you can, do a small marketing task each day, even if it’s only writing 100 words of an article. Once marketing becomes a daily habit, your blog will have a constant flow of traffic. Persistence in all your marketing efforts is essential.

Top 6 Tips for Earning Money Through Blogging

December 1st, 2007 No comments

If your blog’s receiving good traffic, you might consider whether or not you’d like to be rewarded for your efforts. Many bloggers have discovered they can earn good money through their blogs. If this interests you, there are several programs available.

1. Pay Per Click Advertising

It’s possible to earn a decent income through Google Adsense or other pay-per-click advertisers. While some bloggers report earning a meager income with the pay-per-clicks, it’s indeed possible to earn up to six figures. If you have a popular blog, you can do well. Installing Adsense on your blog is simple, it’s just a matter of pasting code on your website. Every time a visitor clicks on one of the links in the ad, you’ll collect a percentage of the ad revenue. Because you can fine tune the ads to match your blog, they’re not as unattractive as other forms of advertising.

2. Blogads

Invitation only sites such as Blogads sell ads for placement on high traffic blogs. The good news is that this isn’t affiliate income. Bloggers receive a flat fee for every ad sold. The bad news is that Blogads doesn’t accept just anyone. If you don’t know anyone who can offer a recommendation on your behalf, try emailing a request to be placed on the waiting list. But don’t hold your breath, some bloggers have been waiting years.

3. Affiliate Revenue

Many online retailers will pay a percentage of a sale if it results from an advertisement placed on your site. Amazon.com offers a popular program, or you can visit an affiliate super-site such as Commission Junction to find retailers catering to your particular niche. Bloggers report mixed results. While it is possible to earn a decent commission, it’s not as easy to earn with these advertisers as with the pay per click programs. Still, some do well. The flashing, colorful ads are a turn off for many because they’re so distracting. Fortunately you can choose codes for the ads that work best for your site.

4. E-Books

If you’re an expert in your field you might consider writing e-books and selling them through your blog. This would be a good way of expanding on some of the information blogged about in the past. Check your stats to see which topics garnered the most interest and take it from there. If you have loyal readers and good traffic, you might have a best seller on your hands!

5. Café Press

If you have a recognizable logo, why not Café Press it? Café Press allows you to place your blog’s logo or catch phrase on merchandise such as mugs, t-shirts and calendars. Sell them on your blog for a percentage of the earnings.

6. Tip Jar

Some bloggers place “tip jars” on their blog’s sidebars. Tip jars are donation buttons leading to the recipient’s paypal account. Some bloggers report earning hundreds of dollars through tip jars alone. While this isn’t recommended for every blogger, those who put in hours to provide a useful service are certainly justified.

Advertising Programs That Really Pays You

Google Adsense Check Scan Picture

Yes today I was thinking that what should I add to my blog. I think a lot and suddenly I got an idea that when I start my career I was uninformed of many Advertising Programs. Due to which I wander here and there in search of those Advertising Programs that really pays you.

So I decided to post the names of those Advertising Programs that really pays you for showing their ads. It will really help the beginners that are just beginning their newly created Sites and Blogs.

Here is the list of those Advertising Programs….

The most common way Webmasters and Bloggers from which they can earn money online are via the contextual ad program from Google – Adsense. A more recent addition that many are using successfully is Chitika’s eMiniMalls.

Adgenta,    Azoogle Ads,    Intelli Txt,    Peak Click,    DoubleClick      Tribal Fusion,    Adbrite,    Clicksor,    Industry Brains,    AdHearUs,    Kanoodle,    AVN,    Pheedo,    Adknowledge,    YesAdvertising,    RevenuePilot   TextAds,    SearchFeed,    Target Point,    Bidvertiser,    Fastclick Value Click and OneMonkey (to name just some of the options – I’m sure I’ve forgotten some) and there is a smorgasbord of options. Of course there is more to come with MSN Adcenter and YPN both in beta testing and with a variety of other advertising system currently in development (so I hear).

Dont Have U.S Traffic. Then Say No More To WidgetBucks

November 22nd, 2007 No comments

So Finally i removed the WidgetBucks Codes From My Pages. Yes, Because Of So Many reasons!

First,  Just Check the following statements from WidgetBucks…

”"Starting tomorrow (Nov. 15), clicks coming from outside the U.S. and Canada on WidgetBucks widgets will no longer be charged to merchants, and therefore, no publisher credit will be given for those clicks. This will positively impact publisher RPC levels, and the change does not affect earnings from October (just posted) or the first half of November.

International site visitors will be redirected to mpire.com — the online meta-shopping service and company that is behind WidgetBucks. By taking these visitors to Mpire — which was among TIME magazine’s 50 Best Sites for 2007 — they will be able to access all the major shopping marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, Shopping.com, Wal-Mart, Target and thousands more.

And to clarify, Mpire/WidgetBucks does not get credit for this traffic either — undoubtedly skeptics will incorrectly assume this. We will definitely evaluate re-adding certain countries over time and evaluate their conversions — but for the next few weeks, it’s critical that we are diligent about click traffic in order to recover RPC numbers.

If you are a publisher with a lot of non-US traffic, we suggest using a geo-based ad placement service to determine when to display a WidgetBucks ad widget versus an internationally applicable ad. Some examples include MaxMind, IP2Location, etc, and there are solutions available for OpenAds that do this as well.”"

What does This Means…

Any Site which dont have much U.S Visitors will earn less or nothing. Before this my daily earning was about $8 – $10 Per Day & guess what now i am just earning $0.50 – $1 Per day. WidgetBucks Destroyed Everything. I will suggest that not to use it any more specially for non US Sites.
