Do you have a WordPress Blog? How many Ping Services are in your List? I had around 20 Ping Services. Today, I have come across this post it has around 50+ Ping Services so I merged that with mine. So now I have over 60+ Ping Services in my WordPress Update Services List.

Go to WordPress Dashboard > Options > Writing and paste the following URLs under Update Services field.
